TagMyStock provides AI‑assisted generation of titles, descriptions, and keywords for stock images. Features may change over time.

AI Disclaimer

• Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable. Always review before use.
• You are solely responsible for your use of outputs, including compliance with marketplace rules and laws.
• The service and outputs are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. TagMyStock is not responsible for any consequences of relying on AI outputs.
• Outputs are not professional or legal advice.

Acceptable Use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to abuse, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Respect third‑party rights and applicable marketplace rules.

Accounts & Access

You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or misuse.

Payments

If paid features are offered, fees and billing terms will be presented at checkout. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, payments are non‑refundable once service is delivered.

Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to process content solely to provide the service. TagMyStock owns the platform and materials not provided by you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TagMyStock shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy & AI Policy.

Changes
